The Project
The Soft Tissue Rehab Centre offers treatments for Sports Injuries, Motor Vehicle Accidents, WCB, Headaches & Repetitive Stress Injuries through the use of Chiropractic, Physiotherapy, Massage and more. They have been operating in Calgary for over a decade and their website had become out of date. It wasn’t mobile friendly, didn’t detail all their services and had outdated design aesthetics. They were missing out on search engine traffic due to thin content and there wasn’t a way for customers to book appointments online.
In order to stay competitive in their field, they needed a modern website to showcase their variety of services and better reach their target audience in their local area. They approached us to redesign their website, provide photography services and optimize their online presence for search engines. This required both content and structural edits to their website, as well as focusing on revising their Google MyBusiness page and developing a local SEO strategy.
Our Approach
As they wanted a set-and-forget-it type website without the ability to manage it internally, as they rarely updated their website and didn’t have a blog, so we decided a static HTML website platform was best. We created a highly visual website with well organized content that we re-wrote for SEO. We also held a photoshoot at their location to capture their clinic and portraits of their staff members. We then worked on building up their Google MyBusiness listing, citations on directory websites, collecting reviews and more.
Not every website needs to be built with a CMS like WordPress. It’s possible to create stunning websites with well optimized content that are static.
